My Ethos
I believe that every bride deserves to feel exceptional when looking and trying on dresses. You should not be feeling stressed, singled out or overwhelmed and here at One Moment in Time, I will ensure you and your wedding party are at ease, comfortable and able to enjoy every moment of your dress fitting. I do this by creating a warm environment, a beautiful setting and an "at home" feel.
At One Moment In Time Bridal Boutique, we believe every bride deserves to feel stunning on her big day, without breaking the bank. We specialize in offering brand-new, off-the-peg bridal gowns that are simply out of season, not out of style.
By working closely with local bridal boutiques, we give their showroom samples and last-season collections a fresh start—bringing these beautiful dresses to new brides at a fraction of the original price.
Whether you're looking for a designer gown, a unique find, or simply love the idea of sustainable bridal fashion, we're here to help you find the one—without compromise.
What to Expect on the Day
After a warm welcome, we will head to my beautiful attic, which has been transformed into the perfect space to host your dress fitting.
(Due to the size of my space, please only bring 3 guests)
In the hour and half appointment time, you will have access to every off-the-peg gown I own and you can try on every single one! If you already have your shoes and accessories chosen, please feel free to bring them along to the appointment.
There will be refreshments on offer during your fitting and I also have a seamstress I work with, should you need to make any alterations.
The Fitting Area
My entire attic has been converted into a floor for you and your wedding party to enjoy your fitting experience.
Across from this is a room where I can help you in and out of the various gowns you choose to try on and when you are ready, we will walk across to your guests, so they can see you in all your glory!

A Place for Every Bride
As a larger lady, I found shopping for wedding dresses a stressful experience. Stores only carry one size in almost all the dresses, so you cannot get a good feel for what you will actually look like on the day. So I decided I wanted to change all that and chose to open up my own boutique!
I stock off the peg from 8 to 24 and my British bridal collection can be ordered in from size 6 to 26, so there is something for every bride to try on in their own size!
I feel passionate about making sure every bride feels amazing, no matter what their size and my one-to-one experience sets out to do just that.
